Our chicken is marinated in a special sauce in our cooler for twenty-four hours, then
grilled on a hot charcoal pit cooker and sprinkled with our special "chicken shake" 'til it is tender and golden
brown...THE ABSOLUTE BEST BARBEQUE'D CHICKEN YOU'VE EVER TASTED!
Our basic accompaniments are cole slaw, baked beans, potato salad, buttersplit rolls and sandwich buns, as well as
iced tea, lemonade and all the utinsels and tablewares. We welcome suggestions and/or requests for other side dishes.
Our additional trimmings include: baked corn sticks, country style stewed potatos, veggie pasta salad, decorative garden
salad with assorted dressings and unsweetened iced tea or assorted soft drinks.
